Our Story The Borner's Foundation was born from a simple belief: the barber's chair is more than a workplace — it's a launching pad. For generations, barbershops and salons have been spaces of mentorship, entrepreneurship, and community leadership. We are that investment. Founded as an extension of the Borner's legacy in barbering education, the Foundation removes the financial and structural barriers that keep talented students from completing their training and entering the industry as licensed, confident professionals.
