Mentor’s Behind every cut

A great cut does more than change how you look — it changes how you walk into the world. That's why we bring barbering directly into the communities that need it most — often in partnership with foundations, nonprofits, and local organizations already doing the work on the ground.

What we do:

Community Cut Events — We host and sponsor free haircut events at schools, shelters, churches, and community centers — making sure every neighbor has access to dignity, no matter their circumstances.

Resource Days — We partner with foundations and community organizations to pair free cuts with vital resources: job placement, mental health support, school supplies, food, and more. The chair gets people in the door. The resources help them keep moving forward.

Moments That Matter — Free cuts before the first day of school, the job interview, the wedding, the court date. We show up for the moments that shape lives.

Stronger Together — We believe lasting change happens through collaboration. By partnering with established foundations and grassroots organizations, we extend our reach, share resources, and serve more people than any of us could alone.
